Cancel Monthly Subscription
You may cancel at any time before the end of your monthly billing cycle. The cancellation will go into effect immediately with no refunds for partial months. All requests for subscription cancellation must be submitted in writing to support@zolio.com or you may click the Cancel Account option located in the tab titled Manage Account, upper right hand corner of Zolio Trader. Once cancelled, all accounts are immediately and irrevocably liquidated. If you have any questions, it is best to write us at support@zolio.com before you click the Cancel Account option.
