Ted Hayes, Ph.D. is an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Sciences at George Washington University in Washington, DC. He also is an applied psychologist specializing in personnel assessment, psychological measurement, and individual evaluation for high-stakes positions.
Brett Steenbarger is a Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. He works as a performance coach for hedge fund portfolio managers and traders and has written several books on trading psychology. He has also written several dozen peer-reviewed book chapters and journal articles on the topic of brief approaches to cognitive, behavioral, and emotional change and will be publishing his next book in mid-2015. As the author of the TraderFeed blog, he covers the psychology of traders and markets, emphasizing recent research and application in psychology and behavioral finance.
